Durability
A recent study of EverGuard TPO roofs found they all performed above ASTM standards for newly manufactured TPO. Everguard’s TPO membrane is considered a very reliable low-slope roofing system boasting long-term heat, UV protection, and natural fungal resistance. Since it is highly reflective and emissive, it can contribute to a decrease in energy costs as well.
Lifespan
With the Everguard TPO, repairs and the constant problems that come with installing roof membranes can be avoided since it is built for long-term use. It comes with a multitude of prefabricated accessories that are proven to deliver when it comes to quality and durability. Depending on the product installed, warranties are available ranging from 15 to 35 years through GAF.
