Construction

The VersaMount curb has a built-in flange and apron, as well as an unique anchor clip system, for a quick, secure, and weathertight installation. Designed with compression spring operators for smooth, one-handed operation regardless of size and the lid is held open by an automatic hold-open arm to guarantee safe access. The hatch’s security is maintained by it’s heavy gauge structure and positive latching mechanism.

Durability

The VersaMount hatch is built to last with corrosion-resistant materials to provide many years of trouble-free, dependable operation. Weathertightness is ensured by the overlapping cover design, complete welded corners on the cover and curb, EPDM rubber gasket, and fully insulated cover and curb which also improves energy efficiency.

Lifespan
