8 Simple Steps to a New Roof
The thought of replacing your roof can seem stressful, but we’re here to make it easy.
Below are 8 simple steps outlining what a roof replacement involves so you’ll know what to expect.

Select a Roofing Material
We’ll discuss the results of your roof inspection and present some options for you to choose from. Any questions you may have will be answered in order to help you decide which product is best for you.
Receive a Free Estimate
Our team will provide you with a free estimate based on your needs and choice of roofing material. We will take the time to explain any further questions you may have about the process, warranty or material chosen.
Sign Off on a Plan
An agreement will be presented for your review with the details of the material and labor discussed. Look over your contract carefully to confirm that all the information is correct and feel free to ask any additional questions you may have.
Schedule a Date
We will set a date for the work to begin that fits suits your schedule. Keep in mind that replacing a roof can be a noisy process so plan accordingly if you work from home, have sensitive pets or have other considerations.
Our installation team will strive to preserve the landscaping and areas around your roofline, but you may want to consider moving any lawn ornaments or other items that could possibly be damaged by falling debris. Consider that additional parking space may need to be made available if parking is minimal on your property as well. Also be aware that a dumpster may need to dropped off in the days before work begins.
Demolition & Construction
Our team will arrive early to begin work. Old roofing material is usually removed in a few hours and deposited into the dumpster on site. Most roofing installations can be done in 1-2 days depending on the work performed and size of the home. If any issues arise during installation, such as additional hidden damage or delays of any kind, you will be informed immediately and our team will work with you to find a solution.
Once work is finished, we will schedule to have the dumpster picked up and perform a clean up around the perimeter of your home. Your roof will be inspected to ensure that everything is in order and you will be left with the assurance that you have a professionally installed roof that will protect your property for many years to come.
Now that you’re more familiar with the process, your new roof installation will not be a stress but a relief. Get started now and don’t forget to browse our design and blog pages for more information.
